Brightfire has worked closely with Firefish Software to help them become an early adopter of Inbound Marketing & Hubspot marketing software within UK market.  Through using a range of Inbound Marketing techniques supported by the Hubspot marketing platform Firefish has taken a new recruitment software product to market, building their online audience, generating leads and achieving a significant cost saving per lead (84%).

In the first year of validating a customer base there has been absolutely no outbound sales from the company. This has allowed Firefish to achieve its accelerated growth without the cost associated with building and supporting a sales team. Firefish are now also in a strong position for the upcoming year in which the company is preparing to launch a full sales promotion in partnership with the current inbound marketing strategy.

Since finding Hubspot through the David Skok blog Firefish have since went on to implement a full SaaS business model, which has allowed the company to achieve the following:

•    Cost per lead – £55 average (down from £350)
•    Cost to acquire – £148 average (down from £800)

With 29% of company demonstrations now carried out with organisation’s outwith the UK the software has allowed a Scottish SME business to compete on a global scale, which otherwise wouldn’t have been possible.

Since being able to analyse all online and website company statistics through one central online platform this has provided Firefish with significant cost savings by reducing the number of software tools used.

By being able to use Hubspot software for the rapid design of campaign landing pages for individual marketing campaigns this has also provided Firefish with significant website cost savings as previously individual pages were costing up to £550 to be created.
